Our policy lasts 30 days, during which time you can return the product for any reason. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will accept goods that have been opened for inspection, but they must be in reasonable condition with the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You can also submit the model cancellation form available on our website. If you use this option, we will acknowledgement receipt of your form by email or another durable means.
If your product malfunctions within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a refund.
If your product malfunctions within the first six months, not related to any damage you have caused, it is assumed the product was faulty upon delivery, and you may return your product to us for repair or replacement. If we are unable to repair or replace your product, you are entitled to a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
We will refund any initial delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a Product within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the Product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or not as described, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: VT, DCU Alpha, Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Nothing in this Policy will affect your legal rights. This is a summary of your key legal rights. These are subject to certain exceptions. Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, you are entitled to return any purchases made online, by phone or mail order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason, even if you simply changed your mind. Your purchase must be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, unless the merchant hasn’t received the returned goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
With regard to the Product, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
During the expected life of your product your legal rights entitle you to the following:
- up to 30 days: if your item is faulty, then you can get a refund.
- up to six months: if your faulty item can’t be repaired or replaced, then you’re entitled to a full refund, in most cases.
We want you to be happy, so if you have any complaints please contact us so that we can resolve it. However, under European Legislation, if you are not satisfied with the way that we propose to resolve any issue you have with a product you have ordered via our website or by telephone, you may raise a complaint with the ‘European Online Dispute Resolution Platform’.
